What you need to know

There are a number of relationships you may have in your life: family relationships, friendships, romantic relationships or professional relationships.

A good relationship can make you feel great, but a bad relationship can cause you to be stressed, anxious and upset.

In all relationships you have to think about what you want out of the relationship, what the other person wants and how comfortable you feel in the relationship.

If your relationship is not making you feel happy or causing you stress please speak to someone; your parent/carer, a friend, your teacher, your school nurse or someone you can trust.
